ProAuDHDuctive
A productivity app built around how AuDHD brains really work.
ProAuDHDuctive is the productivity app I keep wishing existed. The ones on the market are built for neurotypical workflows, then sold to ADHD users with a sticker saying “great for ADHD!” stuck on the side. This one starts from a different premise: every surface, every default, every bit of friction is calibrated for how an AuDHD brain actually moves through a day, including the days when it doesn’t move much at all.
A taste of the model
Tasks live in three states the brain already uses: things that are spinning in working memory whether you like it or not, the one thing you’re currently on, and the pile of later. The app’s job is to keep spinning small, now obvious, and later out of the way until you actually want to look at it.
What I'm designing for
- Working memory is the bottleneck. The thing you’d forget should never be more than one glance away. No nested menus to hold a half-formed thought hostage.
- Executive function comes in waves. Friction must be tunable: the app on a low-spoons day should not feel like the app on a hyperfocus day.
- No infinite backlog. Backlogs become avoidance objects. Older items need to either step forward, transform, or quietly age out.
- Time blindness is real. Durations are illusions; deadlines are negotiations. Surface the consequence of the next 30 minutes, not just the next 30 days.
- Built from inside.I have AuDHD; I’m building this for me first. If it works for me it might work for the rest of us.

Pre-product. Design notes, sketches, and small prototypes are in motion; this page will fill in with the stack, the architecture, and the genuinely interesting bits as they take shape. Come back and they’ll be here.
